The registration fee can vary depending upon the course selected & the time duration of that course. It could be ranging from: 1. PKR 1,000 for 1Month to 2 Months Course 2. PKR 2,000 for 3 Months Course
Yes! If someone changes the mind that he/she will be having good understanding of the other course, this is allowed to change/switch the course but it will cost you swap fee. The course must be switch within 7 days after the commencement of classes.
Yes! For unusual circumstances or emergency cases; ilmi City School allows the candidates to apply for the refund. However, the claim should be 7 days before the commencement of the classes. The withdraw fee will be in form of course fee only & registration fee will be deducted.
In Case ilmi City School cancels any course due to usual circumstances, the candidate will have their 100% refund.
The candidates can pay through Debit or Credit Cards. After Logging In to ilmicity School via Website it can easily be done.
It could be done in 3 possible ways via Jazz Cash: 1. Voucher Payment 2. Mobile Account 3. Debit/Credit Card
No, there is no additional fee to use JazzCash Online Gateway.
The amount would be equivalent to the goods purchased; other than that no extra amount has to be paid for using the JazzCash services.
One will get a confirmation message for the payment against the orders; this will automatically inform about your payments.
Flow the rules of the transaction for Debit/Credit card customers. It is broadly categorized into two types of customers: registered & un-registered customers.
The person needs to enter the card number, expiry date & last 3-digits written at the back of the respective card.

Making Courses

Yes, the candidates are encouraged to apply from our online portal. Go & register at www.ilmicityschool.com; there you can find the details about the courses & how you can apply online through the application form. The process is simple & user-friendly to avoid any issue. Candidates from outside Lahore or abroad can join the courses as well. So login & start you learning experience with us.
Just fill in the application form online via our official website www.ilmicityschool.com; & after submitting the form online you will be redirect to get a reference number through email. The candidates have to submit the fee before the commencement of the formal classes. The payment can be made through bank, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or direct fund transfers. Furthermore, the course outline & schedule can be shared with the candidates through email or WhatsApp
ilmiCity School has all the rights to evaluate the application forms. The acceptance or rejection all depends on the authentic information provided. It could be the case for any course enrollment. The usual reason for the rejection is candidate’s incompatibility with the admission requirements for a particular course.
Yes, for each course program the qualification requirements vary. Mostly it depends on the skill level, education level or the course outline.
The candidates are encouraged to attend 100% classes for better understanding of the concepts & understanding about the particular skill. The lecture will be started after 10 minutes of the designated time & attendance will be marked. The candidates must maintain at least 80% of the attendance entitled to get a certificate. Late coming without notice is also marked as absent. However, in case of online lectures the recordings will be provided be after each lecture.
Certificate of completion for any course is the right of any candidate who has enrolled with us that is supposed to be handover within month duration after the course completion. After one-month duration, ilmiCity School will not be responsible for the damage or loss. In case of online learning, ilmi City School will be generating an e-certificate for the course sent via email.
IlmiCity School has not set any priority standard for getting an admission at its platform. All the courses has enrollments on first come, first serve basis. Once the slots are filled; we will not be entertaining the next candidates. However, they can be our first priority in the next Batch to be start afterwards.
The loss of the certificate is the entire responsibility of the candidate; however he/she can apply for the duplicate one for PKR 1,000. Submitting the payment will make you eligible for the duplicate certificate & issuance will be done within a month.
There is the possibility of freezing the course in context that the candidate has fully paid the course fee. Also, he/she should inform the authorities within 7 days after the course begins.
